Proskauer contributed the French chapter of New Ways of Working, a tool designed by International Employment Lawyer as a way to explore and keep track of key legal and compliance considerations for multinational employers as new ways of working become increasingly embedded as the pandemic begins to recede. This chapter discusses the response taken in France with regards to remote working, return to work and vaccination requirements, health & safety and wellbeing considerations for employers, and unions and/or work councils.
